Check-in time is between 16:00 and 18:00. Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age, or pets (assistance dogs excepted). If you have a pet allergy, however, please contact us directly before making your reservation.
For all bookings, we take full payment no more than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, to avoid unnecessary contact with payment cards and machines.

We advise that guests take out adequate holiday insurance in case of cancellation.
If guests need to cancel their stay due to illness (including being instructed to self-isolate), we will refund the total cost of the reservation, or modify the reservation to a later date if appropriate.
